ABOUT US
Street Machines Southland Inc was incorporated on the 17 October 1983 to promote a common interest in American cars and Hot Rods and their unique restoration. The Club is a member of the New Zealand Hot Rod Association.
The club has promoted a family atmosphere with the majority of events involving members and their extended families .
We enjoy being part of local community events and help out where we can with support and man power.
We hold monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of every month at the Blues Bar at the Appleby Tavern Cnr of Nith St and Balmoral Dr, Invercargill. Meetings start at 8.00 pm.
In the summer months we hold Cruise Nights on the first Friday of the month, these have been kindly sponsored by Rent-a-Space, The Classic Car Warehouse, Clyde Street, Invercargill – www.rentaspace.co.nz. There is a BBQ starting at 6.30 and the Cruise leaves 7.30 pm. Click on the ‘Up Coming Events’ page.
